Parisian Parish or Bologna?
Another name for this meat product is the Parisian Parish or parizer, but in the United States, it is called bologna, according to the Italian city. It was created as a variation of mortadella. It can be made from chicken, turkey, beef, and pork. It belongs to cooked sausages that are heat treated.
